Teton Valley Idaho encompasses the rapidly growing resort communities of Driggs, Victor and Tetonia. Located just twenty miles west of Jackson Hole - the Idaho side of the Tetons offers stunning views in a rural setting. Preferred Builder Programs

Preferred builder programs are often predicated on the builder purchasing lots from a developer in exchange for "preferred builder" status. Open Range doesn’t participate in these programs and prefers to maintain independence from developers which allows us to maintain impartiality when helping clients select a development and a building site within a development. Open Range does not build developer offered cabin units and encourages anyone considering these products to compare the superior quality and value of a genuine Open Range custom home.

Our Favorite Teton Valley Developments:

Cherry Grove (Ranch, Equestrian)

Rarely are large home sites available with irrigation rights in a setting as beautiful as Cherry Grove. Located near Darby Canyon between Driggs and Victor, Cherry Grove offers nearby National forest access, beautiful mountain views, equestrian sized lots, irrigation water rights, pasture, landscape features, and a user friendly HOA. Cherry Grove lots are flat, accessible and require a well/septic system. These types of building sites are prized in resort areas and rarely come on the market.

Targhee Hill Estates (Gated Residential)

Ideal location just off Ski Hill Road, minutes from Grand Targhee and close to Driggs. Targhee Hill Estates offers attractively priced home sites in a quality gated subdivision. The developer has a solid track record of successful developments in other resort towns and offers attractive community features including walking trails, ponds and park-like spaces giving the development an open space feeling. The design guidelines in Targhee Hill Estates are some of most stringent in the Teton Valley, ensuring every home is attractive.

Teton Springs (Residential, Golf)

Open Range Homes has built of the five highest-end custom homes in Teton Springs and offers several choice ¾ acre and ½ acre building sites. Typical building sites are flat and offer easy building access with full utilities. Building sites in the Eastern side of the development are generally preferred over other sections due to larger sized lots, spacing of homes and unobstructed Easterly views.
