During construction the builder and architect continue to resolve structural questions and accommodate owner design changes. During construction, the IPT is broadened to include the project supervisor, tradesman, key materials suppliers, and interior designer.

Expeditious decision making is the culmination of effective communication processes between the owner, builder and IPT members. While a few clients make rapid decisions or leave decisions up to the builder, most clients want all available information presented to them so they can make their own decisions.
